Samantha was so great and I was able to walk her through what I was expecting and a couple of things I wanted tweaked from previous professionals. This was my first cleaning with her and definitely not my last!

Just a friendly professional who gets the job done and is super easy to communicate with. Ray was here on time, did a great job, and used a lot of great problem solving that really sets him above the rest. The dishwasher only contained things that made sense to be in there, none of my posessions went missing, and the things he put away were similar to other items in that cabinet.

Ana was excellent, very friendly, focused, and did a great job. She was very kind and understanding about our house being messy with a toddler, and it looks so much better. I will book with her again!

Cleaning was great but arrived late (2hours) and we had been waiting to leave for work so we could let her in.

Katerin cannot speak English and I speak little Spanish; thus, we just could not communicate well. Katerin was not completely prepared when she arrived for the cleaning. She had to request other cleaning devices be brought to her.

Elkin and Marta did a good job. He uses a very good translation app on his phone, but I would prefer someone with better English skills for better communication.

Catrina was very thorough in her cleaning took her time and made sure each room was cleaned properly. I even told her that dust causes my allergies to flare and she understood that and even asked if I felt better once she was done cleaning.

Even helped me figure out how to wash the Ruggable rug and it was dry by the time she was done, yet stayed a few more minutes to help me place the rug in the right spot.
