Naveah was really nice and clean the house mostly good. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there to see the house once she finished, and it was pretty late. On the next day I could see that the upstairs windows weren’t completely clean, and some dirt on the floor. I was moving and the new owners complained about the floors and kitchen countertops being dirty.

Blanca cleaning was very through. Being it was her first time cleaning our home she was very attentive and worked as we discussed doing the walk-thru.

I prefer the appointment start at 11 and not 2 o’clock especially when 2 o’clock turns into 230. That’s a problem for me. It was my understanding that the cleaners would bring their own equipment ie vacuum cleaner. Don’t misunderstand I still like this cleaner.

Michael is working hard. However, he mopped the bathroom 1st before mopping the other areas of the house. It smells like urine spread thru the whole house. We have to re-mop the whole house.

Kawane is very reliable and very thoughtful in delivering an efficient but detailed service. They navigate our young baby and our remote home working really well and always bring amazing smiles and energy to the house.
