She showed up on time, was thorough, understood my needs and also finally made homeaglow give me someone after only 1 that wants to actually work! After the last 3 experiences with giving someone new a try, I found a good one!

Did a pretty good job overall, but a few things that I specifically asked for (vacuuming under couch cushions / cleaning windowsills) were overlooked. Very friendly with my animals which earns him lots of points in that regard :)

Dontell did an amazing job! He was very thorough and made the house very clean, look great and smell good. He was very nice and punctual as well. Definitely recommend!

Meliza came with a partner Jacob Johnson. They worked together for two hours. They were pleasant. The did a good job. Did not bring their own vacuum had to have my daughter bring one for them to use. House is clean and my patio door window got washed!!! Yes they did a GOOD job.

All laundry, all dishes clean. Bathroom, bedroom, living room too. Excellent cannot reccomend a better service.

Mercedes is very personable and made sure everything I wanted done was done. I really appreciated her services.

MJ did an amazing job!!! She tackled things in my house I've neglected for quite a while, was super understanding and not judgemental in the slighteset! As a first time mom, full-time student and also working part-time, it's so hard to keep up and am so so so glad that MJ did what she did. My house hasn't been this clean in awhile. Angelica went above and beyond. I accidentally forgot to leave my key out for her so she was flexible and came the next day. She even cleaned things that I didn’t expect her to clean and understood my needs. Our place smelled great and I finally wasn’t embarrassed to have guests over our place because of how well she cleaned it. Definitely would love to have her back!

Tony was unable to clean as he had a family emergency. Family comes first. This was not Tony’s fault. I really liked him. We want to cancel all future cleaning by anyone in your company as you have a hard time getting someone here. We cannot prepare & not get cleaned. If I see your company’s charges on my credit card, I will not pay. I will have the card company decline them.

She had a busy week at her main job and had to reschedule and came a little later than planned. She did a good job communicating all of this though. Her and her husband cleaned together and they were quick and efficient. There were a few minor things we will talk about next time, and it always takes a few visits to get in the same page as a cleaner. Overall they did a wonderful job!

I had some trouble with scheduling due to weather and other factors , however when Suzana and team arrived they did a wonderful job and Suzana went out of her way to make the situation right .

Caitlin took the time to make sure everything was well taken care of and made sure it was to our liking before she left. Would certainly have back!
