She had to cancel initially due to a car trouble but was able to return - Despite the setback, and arriving late- she is a kind and dedicated girl who consistently performs her tasks well. Walk-in master bedroom closet carpet was not vacuumed. Mirrors in bathrooms and glass doors on microwave and oven were streaked. Otherwise, it was good.

Lorelei did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She messaged me a couple of times to clarify what I wanted and was prompt to let me know when she ran into an issue. I highly recommend!

Emili is really kind and did a great job cleaning. However, she did not do any of the add on cleaning items such as cleaning my oven or cleaning the baseboards. we had a bit of a language barrier and I believe that’s why this happened. Overall, super skilled cleaner just needs to review what has been requested on the portal more thoroughly.

missed a few things such as not picking up rugs before vacuuming and mopping the hardwood floors. Something pink bled through on the bathroom counter and now I can’t get it up from the granite.

Things looked good, but some items weren't put back where they belong. Just small things like the mats being switched in the downstairs, a washcloth missing in the master. Also, the floors were a little "sticky" from the cleaner used. Not sure if that needs a rinse or a different cleaner would be better.

I loved having Dawn at my home to clean. she did a real thorough job and I appreciated her attention to details. I will always request her moving forward and would recommend her to my closest friends! Thank you Dawn!!

my place was a disaster after a weekend of bachelor and friends coming in. then I got sick. horrible week, mess everywhere. they really came in and did a fantastic job and it really turned my week around. very nice, very professional and worked hard. place looks unreal

booked 4 hours plus window add ons which added an additional hour to allow time. she started packing up under the 4 hour appointment..Apartment looked nice after, but asked her to go over the windows again they where rushed through and you could see streaks everywhere.

I was very happy with the two cleaners who came to my house. I’m not sure either of them was named Victoria, they did not give me their names. But they were very good and my house looked great when they left.

This was definitely not the girl in the picture who showed up, but whoever it was who did was fantastic. The girl who confirmed my appointment spoke English; this wonderful lifesaver did not.
