Dayana was amazing! she communicated well and left the place sparkling. I had a dog and she was able to work around him. overall great experience.

I struggled to communicate what all I expected done due to a lack of English. As a result the clean took longer than expected and not everything was done.

Coming home to a clean house was such a nice feeling. Juana did amazing the first time and again this time!

She overslept and was 1.5 hrs late arriving. I messaged her and asked her if she was still coming to please come at a different time to work around my meetings, but she didn't reply and just showed up anyway. I struggled with the language barrier; it made it pretty impossible to communicate. She did an ok job cleaning, but was also pretty loud.

He checked in with me ahead of time about my preferences for cleaning products, and he showed up right on time. I will definitely use him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone.

She goes above and beyond to ensure every part of the house is spotless, and has noticed dirty parts of the house that past cleaners have missed (e.g. shower mold, dusty paintings). I’m really impressed with her work! She is also quite friendly and I enjoy practicing speaking Spanish with her.

She did a great job. I appreciated that she walked through the house to make sure she knew what I was wanting clean and expectations. she locked up behind herself and sent pictures and videos.

Karla worked diligently for 6 hours and completed every area that was on our list, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, wood floors, tile floors and carpets. She was extremely polite and thorough.

Jenny N was AMAZING! we hadn’t lived in our unit for a while due to unfortunate circumstances, and it was honestly so dirty. In 3 hours Jenny seriously transformed the place. as always excellent attention to everyday cleaning. Rotates detail cleaning such as window sills, framing, light switches, door knobs, etc. Add ons such as oven cleaning excellent. Great job.

Dariana was great. Completely focused. She was like a woman on a mission. The biggest standout was my glass shower door, she almost made it look like new, while I had struggled to keep it clean so that I could see through it. Highly recommendable, she will be favored my next cleaning.

Overall, did what I asked! Found some streaks on the dinner table. She did ask lots of clarifying questions to figure out exactly what we wanted, which was great. The language barrier was a little bit difficult. A warm and happy person, but unfortunately, we were asked a few too many times for a review, which I did communicate we would do when the weekend was over.

she was good but I need someone who can speak English. we also have a dog and she is very scared of dogs so the dog had to be outside in the heat for 4 hours.

Carlos started out needing a little coaching on using a little muscle to get dried spills of bed side table and cleaning shower. But she did a great job cleaning my house. I would be happy to have her come back.

Misunderstood work to be done: master bathroom was not cleaned (mirror needed cleaning) and she cleaned less than 3 hours

it was ok for a discounted clean. the kitchen trash can and rugs were mopped around and not moved, the glass on the front back doors were not cleaned, some surfaces in the primary bathroom were not cleaned.

she was incredible!!!! I was able to practice my Spanish with her and talk a bit in her mother tongue, so that was dope. Honestly people from Venezuela are so kind and just overall dope humans. I hope her family is ok amidst the earthquake situation happening.

Alexiah is a fantastic cleaner. She has done extra cleaning that we asked. She is very friendly and efficent.

Very nice and overall was a good cleaner! She was very quick, but missed some small things like not putting everything back where it came from (hand soap ended up in the shower). I would have rated her 5 stars, but I paid for extra time for the fridge to be cleaned and one of the door shelves was missed.

She did very well over all, but putting dirty dishes in with clean ones and over filling our dish washer is not acceptable.

I would love to give 5 stars. I will do a better job of where to place the tv remote. We eventually found it after a few days. But having cleaning a whole house and putting order to spaces that had none previously is and absolutely gem. I’ll certainly use her services again and I’m confident it will be exceptional.

Emili is really kind and did a great job cleaning. However, she did not do any of the add on cleaning items such as cleaning my oven or cleaning the baseboards. we had a bit of a language barrier and I believe that’s why this happened. Overall, super skilled cleaner just needs to review what has been requested on the portal more thoroughly.
