The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.

She was late 30 minutes. I could not have her go past 8:00 so she was only here for an hour and a half

She really went above and beyond and made my home feel so refreshed and comfortable. She is very attentive to detail and thoughtful. I appreciate her work and warm personality very much! 😊

Adrianna is wonderful. She’s responsive when you text, always lets me know where she’s at with things, and even deals with my dogs constantly being in the way. I absolutely recommend her!

Alexander is friendly, polite and very thorough. I don’t want to walk on the carpet after he vacuums or touch anything because everything is so clean and shiny. Appreciate him.

She missed vacuuming the closet which is where kitty litter is, and didn't take out the trash. I want someone who speaks English

Melissa was amazing at cleaning our 5b/5b house, she was fast and efficient. We would 100% have her back !!

Cleaning was very good, only issue is they missed the downstairs bathroom for the second month in a row despite me showing them - would really appreciate if this gets addrssed next time

They did a great job for the time they had and the space I am very glad I booked with Kevin and his wife I will be returning service. My daughter even pointed out that they rearranged the canisters in a better way then we had itlol I thought that was very sweet and cute touch

Bernadette really knows how to clean. She made sure all my fixtures were shiny. Did a great job wiping down all my cabinets and mirrors. Bathrooms were spotless. We had a little miss-communication on arrival time but once she got there she was non stop and very thorough. Will definitely use her again.

Very friendly and did an okay job, but the kitchen floor was barely touched. Disappointing when you have a baby crawling on that floor. Rugs didn’t seem to be shaken out or vacuumed either.

I rate Breanna to the max-I tipped her in person-did not know to tip online to get credit-will do so mext time. She asked about everything she did and did lots of little extras!

When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways. I appreciated more that she reported it to me immediately and can trust that if anything else happened that I would know as it happened :).

Good job but the real reason we booked 4 hours was to get the refrigerator cleaned . I forgot to mention it to Sequoia, but it was on the website that I wanted it done.
