Lacey did a great job cleaning. Communication regarding her transportation issues could have been better. Also I am very sensitive to cigarettes and smoking out front while the door is cracked was not the best idea given that it caused the whole house to smell.

Unfortunately, the experience this time didn’t quite meet my expectations as the last time. There were areas that seemed to have been missed, such as dust in the bathroom cabinets, the powder room was not cleaned at all, as well as on the stove had dust not cleaned. I also noticed some spots on the living room floors that weren’t properly cleaned. Hope next time will be a better experience.

We love using Samantha’s cleaning services! She comes once a month to tackle the areas that are tougher on our bodies, like the bathrooms and stairway, and she always does an excellent job. Naomi is great! I had to sit around with my bum foot and wash her clean but she didn’t make it awkward. She actually liked keeping conversation with me and was really interested in what I do.

I think she has a magic wand or something, because what she accomplished in terms of cleaning and organizing my kids rooms (and on her first visit with us) who have entirely too much stuff and very limited storage, was nothing short of a miracle. Not to mention the rest of the house, and she did it all very quickly. If you can book her, DO IT!!!

i had concerns about additional charges. Allyce couldn't give me any details adn i tried contacting haoeaglow several different ways w/ no success. i don't see me doing any future business with Homeaglow.

Naveah was really nice and clean the house mostly good. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there to see the house once she finished, and it was pretty late. On the next day I could see that the upstairs windows weren’t completely clean, and some dirt on the floor. I was moving and the new owners complained about the floors and kitchen countertops being dirty.

Cynthia was great and efficient!! Having a clean home is so refreshing and Cynthia made that happen!

I prefer the appointment start at 11 and not 2 o’clock especially when 2 o’clock turns into 230. That’s a problem for me. It was my understanding that the cleaners would bring their own equipment ie vacuum cleaner. Don’t misunderstand I still like this cleaner.

Meliza came with a partner Jacob Johnson. They worked together for two hours. They were pleasant. The did a good job. Did not bring their own vacuum had to have my daughter bring one for them to use. House is clean and my patio door window got washed!!! Yes they did a GOOD job.

All laundry, all dishes clean. Bathroom, bedroom, living room too. Excellent cannot reccomend a better service.
