Cleaning was very good, only issue is they missed the downstairs bathroom for the second month in a row despite me showing them - would really appreciate if this gets addrssed next time

Ray was here on time, did a great job, and used a lot of great problem solving that really sets him above the rest. The dishwasher only contained things that made sense to be in there, none of my posessions went missing, and the things he put away were similar to other items in that cabinet.
