Second time with Karen helping out in my home. I didn’t have any complaints before and I still dont. She helps my house feel more like a home. Struggling with postpartum and juggling being a single mom of 2 with a new baby. It helps so much to have her help. I am more than grateful thank you so much.

We appreciated having Libia clean a few rooms in our home for the second time. it just seemed like floors and counters were not left very clean after so many hours. we’d like to have Libia for 4 hours next time. Also, our garbage disposal has been broken since the first time Libia was here and needs to be fixed by Homeaglow. how can that be arranged? Thank you!

Naomi is from Venezuela and does not speak much English, but we managed communication smoothly using voice text messages. She followed all of my instructions and demonstrated good work ethic. My house was thoroughly cleaned. I initially booked a five-hour cleaning to also cover baseboards, but we didn't get that far. Overall, the cleaning met my expectations, and I would consider hiring her again.

Karen is extremely polite. She’s punctual, thorough and pays attention to details. She’s super efficient and gets the job done with everything looking clean and shinny!

Things looked good, but some items weren't put back where they belong. Just small things like the mats being switched in the downstairs, a washcloth missing in the master. Also, the floors were a little "sticky" from the cleaner used. Not sure if that needs a rinse or a different cleaner would be better.

She is literally a cleaning goddess!! I can not praise Naibely enough. She is one of the MOST outstanding cleaner I have ever had. As an artist, I am the epitome of the "creative stereotype" messy and disorganized. In 3 hours she transforms the category 6 hurricane of my place into a beautiful organized oasis. I could not recommend a cleaner more in my life.

Among the several professional cleaners who have worked in my home, she compares to the top 1%. That is a high rating which is not typical for me to offer. Anyone who cleans well and organizes will always earn a high rating from me.

booked 4 hours plus window add ons which added an additional hour to allow time. she started packing up under the 4 hour appointment..Apartment looked nice after, but asked her to go over the windows again they where rushed through and you could see streaks everywhere.
