She did a very good job on cleaning surfaces and furniture and bathrooms, however, floors were not thoroughly cleaned. There were visible particles and crumbs, hair still on the floor after she vacuumed and mopped the floors

Karla transformed my house! I’m borderline OCD about my expectation of clean and she didn’t leave one thing I could find. Also, I don’t know what cleaners she used but the smell that I came home to was absolutely fabulous. Karla showed up early, kind, courteous and was detail-oriented. Micaela did a great job getting out the stubborn tub stains and very methodically cleaned around my clutter. I'm taking off a star because she steamed my wood floors. I asked if that would damage the floors, and she insisted it wouldn't, but the finish is definitely duller.

Diana did an extraordinary job in cleaning and transforming our master room and kids room into beautiful spaces. She is very polite and friendly with kids around, very professional in getting work done within the estimated time.

Bryanna did ok. I had trouble communicating with her but she is really nice. I would love to like her work but she left the floor of the bathroom wet and the cleaning is not very thorough. I had other cleaners do my bathroom and they usually wipe all surfaces and leaves the floor and surfaces dry.

I always feel confident that I will come back to a pristine place once Miriam has worked her magic! She not only cleans the space well, but provides tips on things I can do to prolong the cleanliness of my space.

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

It would have been better if she had asked about the obvious taffy stuck to the carpet I thought she would clean, I have a steam cleaner she could use if needed but she didn't ask about it and didn't tell me when she was done so left without me inspecting the room where I would have pointed it out.

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.
