Constance was great! She cleaned nooks of my house that hadn't seen a spone or cleaning rag in a very long time. I was very pleased with the results, given that I hadn't had the house cleaned in several months. (Ugh.) She's also super nice, which is always good, since I was home the entire time. And she didn't mind my dog occasionally checking out what she was doing. :)

Charles was communicative before his arrival, arrived early, was polite, and cleaned around my dog and me while I worked. His cleaning was thorough, and he gave me a chance to check his work at the end and even went back to finish a few spots he had missed.

The individuals were late and not the same person I had previously. Two people came to do the work in a shorter period. Some areas in the tub were missed. I provided a cash tip at the time of cleaning.
