Ana is efficient and thorough. Very easy to work with. Takes direction well, just use your Google or other phone translator to Portuguese. I've used her twice now and will request her again for future cleanings.

We loved Christine's service! She was communicative, punctual (early, actually), and got to it as soon as I pointed her in the right direction. We asked for a clean house, and she nailed it! Thorough, yet still courteous with all of our trinkets. She got everything done under the time allotted and we were only charged for her time working. We would love to have Christine back again!

Gabriela is awesome! She is very sweet, very thorough in her work. She is the best house cleaner I have ever had. I live out of town on well water that stains toilets, sinks. I have tried a variety of cleaners with little success. I don’t know how Gabriela did it but all the stains are gone and the fixtures sparkle.

i’m still leaving a tip because I believe that it’s not a lot of money for 3 1/2 hours worth of work and everybody’s got to make a living. He did a great job on the kitchen and the floors. But on my bathroom he didn’t wipe down the sink or the drain. That’s just enough for me to drop a star. Sorry, Charles.

She was very nice and hard working. I feel I communicated clearly that the bathrooms were firt priority and one of the bathrooms did not get done and they had moved on to other tasks in the house. A bit disappointed with that, but over all happy with the experience.

Amazing 🤩 I’ve never hired housekeeping before and now I’ll never stop I hope Christine doesn’t go anywhere because I don’t want to think of what I’d do without her. In such a short period of time she completely cleaned my entire house leaving me with the most refreshed feeling I’ve ever had.

Jill is very nice and accommodating but was unable to be on time because of a job in Healdsburg. She cleans thoroughly, very well and was accommodating for my requests.

Maricela did a good job. Unfortunately she was not able to finish in the 3 hours. She doesn’t speak english but my cousin speaks spanish so that helped. I am making adjustments to our scheduling to have 2 people for 2 hours each to see if that helps get our home completely cleaned instead of 60%. When asked about this I did not get a response.

Verelyn was good for a basic, regular cleaning, but not thorough enough for a deep clean. We found dirt behind a door and by going over the toilet with tissue. But she's a very nice person and I enjoyed talking with her.

I cancelled Monday evening as she was scheduled 9:00 am, I did not approve the early time. I sent her texts and put it on the dashboard. She did not respond. I cancelled so this cleaning was not done. I would expect better communication than this.

Kassandra was prompt and did a nice job. When she was done she took my husband around and asked if she missed anything. He notice one area not vacuumed, she took care of it before she left. She is a little afraid of our dog, but I think she'll get use to our Maggie.

Katherine is a hard worker. The only complaint we had was the cleaning supplies she used was very strong and we had to open all the windows and doors to air out.
