Excellent cleaning job—thank you so much! The place looks amazing. The only issue was that a window with a broken screen was opened, and my cats got out. Thankfully, they are safe, but I would recommend being mindful of situations like this in the future. Overall, the cleaning was fantastic!

Elvia did I great job. I was surprised it took 3 hours for a 2 bedroom place but she was very thorough. A little bit of a challenge with her speaking no English but managed with her using her phone for Google translate

Heather did an amazing job cleaning my mother’s home. If you know Asian homes, oil splatters everywhere and it’s been caked on for years. She was able to remove all those and make it look brand new. Thank you for everything! You are a blessing.

There was confusion with the appointment time- I was expecting someone a day later. The house wasn’t completely prepped to have a cleaner come in. It looks like she did a good job with what she could; I would try using Lluvia again.
