Desiree was meticulous but a little slow . She did not vacuum the living room or hallway .She didn’t have to do any bedrooms as we are switching rooms.

Marene (Ana) did a wonderful job. She is very detailed oriented. She is very nice and listens to what you expect for her to do. I have had bad experiences with other Homeaglow cleaners but she met my expectations and was very quick but detailed.

She was responsive and accommodating — I asked last minute if she could come earlier than scheduled, and she made it happen without any hassle. I’m genuinely happy with the results. My house is pretty modest, but when she was done, everything felt refreshed — even the smell of the house was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be booking her again.
