I have a smile on my face when she arrives because I know that she will work diligently to do a thorough cleaning. When she leaves, I have an even bigger grin on my face because the rooms that were cleaned makes me feel happy! Looking forward to seeing her again next month!

Super friendly and things are surface clean. The toilet was scrubbed but still stains; There were dirty corners in the shower. Perhaps I needed to specify that I needed a deep clean but think that should be a default for the standards of clean. Her communication was excellent.

Dec 10 Elizabeth arrived late. Worked from 0945 -245pm. Other cleaners have cleaned my whole house for 3-4 hours only. I had her clean for 5 hours but did not finish 1 other room. She only worked for 5 hours not 5.75

Excellent cleaning job—thank you so much! The place looks amazing. The only issue was that a window with a broken screen was opened, and my cats got out. Thankfully, they are safe, but I would recommend being mindful of situations like this in the future. Overall, the cleaning was fantastic!

Steve was great. Super friendly and fast. Came home to a clean apartment and he was great with the dogs.

William did a great, thorough job! He also had to deal with some unforeseen circumstances—the water to my building was shut off due to a plumbing issue in another unit—and he was still able to do a very thorough cleaning without any water.
