Luis is a total professional. If you have the opportunity to book him, do it … you’ll be happy you did. Luis arrived on-time. He asked about priority areas and listened. He got to work quickly and leaned into areas that needed deep cleaning. He was quiet, careful and finished on-time. My apartment looks and feels fantastic.

Carmen's session was good for a regular cleaning. I wish there was an option to let her know when and if we need a deep cleaning session. It struck me as odd that she did not sweep before mopping on some floor surfaces.

I don’t mind he was a half hour late but didn’t make up for the time at the end. So I only got 31/2 hours instead of 4. Also the area rug under the dining room table was not vacuumed. Overall was pleased.

amazing job. she was able to get the dog hair off of my white couch - unbelievable been trying to do that for so long! Definately will be booking her again.
