Yes, she worked hard and did a great job. Unfortunately, we never learned Spanish and it was a little hard to communicate with her. I think we would prefer going forward to have somebody that speaks English but we really appreciated her work.

A very conscientious worker. Knows what needs to be done and does it. I explained what areas I wanted her to concentrate on and cleaning was done in these areas in the allotted time. I especially liked that she put things away (boxed/canned food items and dishes from dishwasher) in cupboards and cabinets exactly where they go with little to no direction. I would definitely hire again.

Shannely was fine and did a good job for time spent. I think it was difficult for her to come this far on non connecting public transportation. A cleaner with own transportation would be better and directions to get here with proper zip code would be better for all in the future my zip is 92154

Due to my limited funds I only can budget for 2 hours. I asked her to help me with specific cleaning tasks and she did everything I asked! Her cleaning product smells really good!! 2 hours doesn’t cover my entire home but it covers essentials.

What she did clean was done well but she left A LOT undone. She kept stopping to talk about random things and how much time she had available. She spent at least 15 minutes talking and arrived 15 minutes

She didn't get everything done that I thought should have been completed within the timeframe, but on the flip side she did a very thorough job deep cleaning the parts she did. On balance it was a good job, and I'd just book more time to compensate for the amount of deep cleaning she did.
