great cleaner, stayed full two hours. there were massive scratches on the floor not sure where from, but very kind and good cleaning otherwise.

overall, I was very happy with the service, but after they left, I noticed there was a few areas in the master bedroom that they did not complete such as dusting certain areas, but overall very good service.

shes locked and loaded with supplies to ensure a good clean! although would recommend her to load up on CLR Limescale solution to remove the hard water stains in the shower, but even without it she still hustled really hard to get rid of the stains as best as possible so much appreciated there thank you for working so hard

I especially appreciate that she shares her estimated arrival time in advance, which makes it very convenient to know when to expect her. She does a wonderful job.

The second bedroom in the first house didn't look like it was dusted. so on the next cleaning, let's make sure that that gets done. also, we have some comments on what goes in the dishwasher and what doesn't. we'll point those things out in the next cleanup. and lastly in the bathtub in the main house, The grout line was not cleaned and this is something that we can point out in the next cleaning.
