Bryanna did ok. I had trouble communicating with her but she is really nice. I would love to like her work but she left the floor of the bathroom wet and the cleaning is not very thorough. I had other cleaners do my bathroom and they usually wipe all surfaces and leaves the floor and surfaces dry.

Miriam is a consummate professional that manages to come across as a friendly neighbor here to help you throughout your day. I always feel confident that I will come back to a pristine place once Miriam has worked her magic! She not only cleans the space well, but provides tips on things I can do to prolong the cleanliness of my space.

Kelly was totally amazing. I booked her services for 4 hours and she was very professional, efficient, and above and beyond at completing the work. She completed more work than what I had planned for her. She did house cleaning, windows cleaning and lundry folding. I will definitely want to have Kelly's services over and over again.

The work done was great . Elsa is very pleasant and good worker. I definitely like to have her for my next cleaning time.

Finally I found someone who can communicate well and do a thorough cleaning. Very organized and fast, did fantastic job.

Enjoyed Tia, she was very respectful and kind. I have a couple of suggestions, items moved should be put back in place and the shower doors were not cleaned properly, I must say there is a skill to cleaning them.

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

Yessica did a good job. I booked her for a deep clean of one bedroom. She was on time and friendly. It would have been better if she had asked about the obvious taffy stuck to the carpet I thought she would clean, I have a steam cleaner she could use if needed but she didn't ask about it and didn't tell me when she was done so left without me inspecting the room where I would have pointed it out.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.
