Kellie was very good. She worked hard at cleaning a very hard room to clean. She was insightful. I helped her. I think she spent a little too long in unnecessary areas. She barely did anything to the floor in the little room. She asked to be paid only for six hours even though she stayed longer.

Bobbie did an incredible job cleaning our home. Walking in afterward felt amazing—the whole space was sparkling and calm. She brought such positive energy and paid close attention to every detail. You can tell she really cares about the work she does. Absolutely recommend!

Lisbeth is professional and very meticulous when it comes to her work. When she finished cleaning my place was spotless, from the walls to the floors, she left my home spotless.

I wish to have her as my regular girl from now on ,as to the tip I left a little money on the counter, at least I thought I did. Moving forward I will discuss the tip with the cleaner if possible.

Basically she cleaned things that had not been cleaned for years by other cleaning services! And she did such a wonderful job of communicating to me using Google Translate. AMAZING!

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

Missed cleaning surfaces and wiping down kitchen counter and ledges of windows. Didn’t get 7 hours. Only 4.5 and extra hour was not done.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.

Was asked to clean bathroom, kitchen, and floors. The bathroom and kitchens came out great, however the floors were still a bit dirty

Cleaning was fine, but I asked for no scented cleaning products and there were definitely scented products used.
