Kristen does excellent work but didn't finish; my bathroom & bedroom was not done. I'm NOT pleased about that at all & yet I've been charged/paid her full hourly rate. I should be refunded for the undone work.

Allison is amazing. My wife and I both love having her come to help. We've got three kids ourselves and both of us work full-time so there's just no way to keep up. Without Allison we'd be drowning. We're also very particular about who's in our home and what they're doing. It took us five cleaners to get to her. She crushed it and continues to crush it.

She was able to do my kitchen, bathroom and living room in the 3 hours I scheduled. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, making my job easier. She was nice and respectful of me and my home.

I don’t know where to begin to start how amazing Aalyah was. I missed her booking early that morning and she drove an hour away after her other booking. not only did she do a great job cleaning and making extra time at the end of her day for me, she was extremely nice and pleasant!

Brandon was early and very attentive to my needs annd instructions. During and after his cleaning session he asked me to check his work. He did all the tasks perfectly and he was easy to work with. I highly recommend him! (And I tipped him in cash.)

She is quite young, doesn't speak English but understands it. However there were things lost in translation. The things she cleaned were for the most part cleaned well, but she isn't very observant. i.e. she cleaned the glass doors of the shower really well, but didn't clean the shower floor. It's tile and needed to be cleaned.

We had such a good experience, I sent a detailed message and she clearly read it asked questions when needed problem solved without my having to so yes no to every little thing. She used our supplies and left the house sparkling! So so happy we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Olivia did a great job in the time we had. (I had to leave a little early, so a few things were left unfinished.) I am sure once I had pointed them out (since she's new to our household and didn't know all the areas needing attention) she would have taken care of them. She seemed quite diligent and thorough. Would definitely have Olivia back.

Stanislava did a wonderful job. She was communicative before the appointment, arrived on time, and was very thorough and detail-oriented throughout the cleaning. everything looked nice, but she wasn’t great at time management. I had to ask her to move onto the next areas, I had to ask her to make the bed, I had to remind her of the time to make sure she had time to mop. There were also areas that were dusty that she did not clean.

Matthew was very detailed. We have two cats so the dust and hair was our main concern that was eliminated but deep cleaned our kitchen and got built up grease and oil from our stove we weren’t able to get.

Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.

Luz was fabulous. She got right to work, was efficient with her time, and the whole house smells clean now. I asked her to sanitize, wipe down surfaces, dust, vacuum, and mop. Now I could eat off the floor!

Thoroughly cleaned, also thoughtfully put things away and organized as he cleaned. He was also very kind to our pets.

Luis was so nice, but he missed a few spots — the microwave still had food on it, there was dust around, and still some marks on the table

appliances were not cleaned, air flyer, washer and dryer and microwave. shower doors were not cleaned, still had water spots, soap dish wasn’t cleaned, mirror wasn’t cleaned. Luciana did and excellent job on getting the house cleaned. Other than the items missed she did an amazing job and I was very pleased. Perhaps I needed 4 hours to clean my house instead of 3 hours that was scheduled.

Yenifer was a dream! she arrived early and got right to business. my place was filthy and I just expressed all my gratitude to her for holding it down without judgement.
