I’ve tried several cleaners, but this one stands out. They cleaned things I didn’t even notice needed cleaning! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect

Was asked to clean bathroom, kitchen, and floors. The bathroom and kitchens came out great, however the floors were still a bit dirty

Cleaning was fine, but I asked for no scented cleaning products and there were definitely scented products used.

Both Crystal & her husband Herson were very good team work. My only issue is communication. Glad that I can understand and talk a little bit of Spanish plus they have an apps that tranlate our commication, it just kill the hours of work. Gurprit did a great job cleaning all the bathrooms, floors and the windows. He paid attention to details and was very meticulous with the work. Very good work ethic. He made sure he checked in with us before the appointment about the cleaning supplies and he brought everything that was needed to complete the cleaning service. It was great working with Gurprit.

Need to be a bit faster and more efficient. Also when you book her, note that you need to provide vacuum cleaner and mop. With experience I know she will get faster. Overall good. Also show her how to load the dishwasher. Quite a few things were not done: carpet, floor.

Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.

The work was done in 2 hours with two people. I still paid for 4 hours. They cleaned the entire house though in the given time. 2 of my 3 bathrooms were cleaned thoroughly but the 3rd bathroom was cleaned mediocrely with stains still in the shower floor and the drain wasn’t completely cleaned either. But Jana is easy to work with. I would definitely like to work with her again.

I don’t recognize the person in the photo but the woman and her helper, Sebastian, did a good cleaning. Sebastian was very thorough in the kitchen especially with the microwave and oven. But one thing they missed was the shower glass door and wall. I will request them again.

Cleaning was ok but felt it was very slow. Two people came and they did complete 3 hours of cleaning in 1.5 hrs. Math wise it makes sense but total cleaning work was not equivalent. Btw, I did add the cash tip so I am not adding any tip here.
