Karen's cleaning efforts were outstanding; she meticulously cleaned every corner and inch of the house, exceeding expectations with her thoroughness.

For the most part I was satisfied with Oscars cleaning. Because it was getting dark outside I think that there were some areas that weren’t addressed as well. One area I noticed was that my glass dining area was streaked, and the tile on my backsplash was smudged as well.

Rita is very nice and friendly and sweet. We had her for 2 1/2 hours… But her ride did not pick her up for another two hours. So that was uncomfortable as we were ready to eat dinner and her ride wasn’t there yet and we had to keep spending time and chitchatting with her which wasn’t a problem except I wish a ride would come at the correct time and not make us all wait two hours for her

She was on time, very professional, did much more than the minimum that I asked within the scheduled time, and she has been the only cleaner that asked which products were ok to use (I have two small babies). Hello, i believe there was a miss understanding. Rita never showed up and did not contact me until her window of arrival was closed. Please refers to the messages sent back and forth. I was also charged for the 3 hours when she never cleaned. I would live to work wth her next time but i also want my money back for the services that were not done.
