Joseph was very thorough and friendly! I had to work from home while he was cleaning and he was very mindful about making noise and asking questions before proceeding. If anything, he was quite early to arrive for the appointment and I had meetings so could not have him start earlier, but he showed up on time after that and finished on the dot.

Annellys was absolutely great! She was respectful of our place and hit the spots we most needed after two years of living in an apartment. The kitchen, floors and bathroom have never looked better. She also made sure the cats did not get out and was a very good communicator.

Andrea was great! she came in and spent perhaps 3 minutes. assessing, told me she had a game plan, that I was free to do me, and she'd work around me. She was thorough, practical and smart about how she spent her energy, pleasant to have in the house, and did a nice job!

bathroom floors needed to be mopped and were not or did not appear to be after the cleaning (hair and other debris still seen on both floors)

he was a sweetheart and new how pack things to make more room but in all we had a great time thank you

She did an excellent job. communicative, hard working, and thorough. booked her for 4 hours, she did dirty dishes(some moldy-post hospital stay), bathroom, and living room. we didn’t not organize bedroom/office clean up. she was excellent and efficient. she took action when we pointed towards some dusty glass shelves. Bailey works hard, and she is very thorough. we are very happy with her work.

Destiny did a great job cleaning up. She was flexible, receptive to feedback and did a through job with cleaning.

She is a very hardworking and kind lady. There was a slight language barrier since she does not speak English, but overall communication was manageable. The floor mopping could have been done more thoroughly, as the floors felt a bit sticky afterward and there were noticeable water marks, possibly due to the mop or cleaning rag not being fully clean.

Najia is very pleasant and trust worthy. I have not seen a cleaner as honest and thorough as her. Will definitely get her again. Well done!

she cleaned bathroom and deep cleaned the windows well, however she ran out of time and rushed to the rest. she arrived late but she hit traffic. this was a large home than she thought, she needed at least 2 more hours to finish the. iob

Wow!!! that is all I can say. I had multiple cleaners before, but I was amazed with Lina's quality of the work. She went above and beyond and very detail oriented, and she finished the job within the 6 hr I have booked. Others previously never managed to finish. She is very good. Highly recommend!

Wendy did a good job overall. Only reason for leaving a 4star vs 5 is because a stain was left on the area rug without a heads up of it happening.

Veronica always does a great job. She has been my cleaner for a few months and knows what needs to be done as she has established a routine. I am never disappointed with the quality of work. heidy was great. was running a tad behind but she let me know right away which was no problem at all, great at communicating updates. i left for 4 hours and got a text saying everything was done. came back to a crystal clean apt and everything done that i had hoped/asked for. 5/5

the kitchen sink wasn't clean thoroughly and I had to do it. But all else was ok. But he wasn't able to get all the grease off the cabinets, which was why an extra hour was added, but most of the cabinets were cleaned. He did a good job dusting off all the surfaces. The bathroom was cleaned excellently .

Nikita was great! Had all her own supplies, left everything put back like it was and wasn't bothered by my dogs barking and wanting to be friends!!!

Mario was really nice & even did work that I didn’t ask for, such as additional mopping. He worked very hard to complete the job within the 4 hours and he stayed over.
