she was nice. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate what was needed without typing into a phone. we were supposed to have one hour of laundry but she didn’t do any laundry. I would prefer someone who can communicate in English. I can do Spanish or Portuguese as well but Russian is too difficult.

even though she was a little later than our originally scheduled time, she made up for it in her thorough cleaning! our home smelled, looked and just felt so much better after her great work

she was very good...listened to direction and was very efficient with the 4 hours... only thing I may suggest is to leave floor tile shiny...no mildew with streaks...other then that she was perfect...
