Basilia has great communication leading up to the appt, showed up on time, got right to it with little instruction, and was very thorough. She didn't quite touch everything that needed it, but I am happy with my home after she cleaned it.

Alexis and her crew were on time and considerate. They left my overall much cleaner than it was and I look forward to having them come back next month.

Alexis and her team were wonderful. I had to make a last minute time change and she was very accommodating. alexis noticed a couple of streaks on the stainless steel on her way out and quickly wiped them down before leaving. I love her attention to detail

I cancelled Monday evening as she was scheduled 9:00 am, I did not approve the early time. I sent her texts and put it on the dashboard. She did not respond. I cancelled so this cleaning was not done. I would expect better communication than this.

Kassandra was prompt and did a nice job. When she was done she took my husband around and asked if she missed anything. He notice one area not vacuumed, she took care of it before she left. She is a little afraid of our dog, but I think she'll get use to our Maggie.

Delena was absolutely fabulous. She cleans well, brings her own tools and cleaning supplies and communicates well.

Katherine is a hard worker. The only complaint we had was the cleaning supplies she used was very strong and we had to open all the windows and doors to air out.

I absolutely enjoy Katherine, but she was late to arrive and was done 1/2 early which was absolutely fine, it was after dinner time and we needed to eat. With all of that said I think she could have done a better job on my floors. I will use her again

Daniel is friendly and on time. He did a good job on my house especially sense he had to work around a massive amount of xmas decorations! I did not think it was appropriate to empty the bathroom garbage cans into the kitchen garbage can. It also doesnt appear as he cleaned the dining room glass tabletop. He did a super job on the kitchen and hardwood floors.

Very nice lady. Thoroughly cleaned necessary areas, except for wiping nose with same towel she was cleaning my stove with. She was about an hour late, but I understand,. She did make up for the time. She took two smoking breaks outside in the porch, which is ok with me, but left a cigarette butt on the porch wooden floor. Stay well! :)

I was very disappointed. I left a list of what I would like to be done in order of highest priority to lowest. Not sure what she cleaned the floors with but they are sticky and still dirty. Showers were not cleaned.
