I’ve had a lot of cleaners over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Every detail was spotless, the quality of work was exceptional, and they went above and beyond what I expected. They were professional, reliable, and took great pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner who truly cares about doing an amazing job.

Lakycia came on time and she did a wonderful job. She accommodated all my requests and still managed to finish on time

The cleaning was very good; however she did not have time management skills and went over the allotted time.

Overall we liked her attitude, quality of work. She did arrive late but we understand that things happen. Most cleaners keep their phones with them and are busy taking calls / distracted but Carine left her phone on a desk right at the entrance before she started the job. AWESOME! She did not waste a minute and utilized the entire time we had her for. We'd love to hire her again.

Ashley was wonderful for our first clean with Homeglow. She took a few minutes to get a tour and asked what was most important to me and what I wanted to be prioritized. She then got straight to cleaning and it took less than 3 hours even with the oven add on. I absolutely appreciated her efficiency and am excited to have her back next week.

Tanya spent time on items that really needed it, like dusty fan/hood and ceiling fans. She worked on details that I don't have time to do. I was pleased. I gave her a tip allready My only problem is that she used the vacuum cleaner on a wet floor and I will have to take it apart to clean it.

I paid for a 6 hr cleaning. I have a 3 bdrm 2 bath house. we told her not to do one bedroom but she didn’t do two of them. Overall it looks good, but I am also finding things not dusted, etc, where she did clean.

the two ladies who came did clean ok. but when Maria and her associate came to inspect they found many uncleand spots and they themselves cleaned it. after that it was acceptable. the cleaning ladies must be further trained. if the two ladies who came first are assigned each time with out further training I will be reluctant to call them back.

she super sweet and came on short notice, however missed a few things during the clean. the entire half bath downstairs wasn’t touched and the master bath sink, counters, shower and bath tub were still dirty. could have just been a timing issue but I would’ve preferred to be aware of it. still did a great job on everything else.
