Tanijah was punctual, and did a pretty good job. i'm giving four stars, because, it was the First time to clean my house and it wasn't a 5. The time allotted was cut short, so I think if those 20 minutes would've been spent on the master bathroom, it could've been a really great experience.

Melisia Vanessa was EXCELLENT!!! She went above & beyond in every aspect. She did an awesome job and we are hoping we can keep her going forward.

Paula Andrea B was prompt, asked questions about my specific needs, and thoroughly cleaned my house!

They were very good with communication! my house was literally a mess and they helped get it super organized!

Maia was professional and friendly. She did a great job cleaning for us, and went above and beyond what was expected!

If Calandra is anything, she is consistent! She arrived on time, worked contintiniously for 3 hours, and then gathered up her cleaning supplies in her tote, and left on time. Leaving the house clean and smelling nice and fresh.

I am not sure how to describe my joy knowing it is the day Heather comes to clean the house. the closest thing to it may be when a kid opens a gift they really wanted.

Carolyn was super nice & very willing to do whatever I asked but missed elements I think should be part of cleaning - not only when asked i.e cleaning objects on the counters and dressers (vases, trays, statues, lamps, etc) not just the surfaces. I would use her again but want to give someone else a try first; to see how they do before determining a “regular” cleaner for my home.

Cleaning done nicely for Bathrooms, Toilets, floors (carpet & wooden) Better cleaning required on Cabinets (still look yellowish), and, Mirrors and Windows (stains continued...) Despite asking for English speaking cleaning maid/s, designated mail did not speak English hence, it was extremely difficult to explain the cleaning sequence or needs.

the cleaner that actually came to our house was not Maria. Maria sends an email about her having professional cleaners. the clean that came to our house was very kind and did a decent job. there were some areas of improvement but overall it was good.

She did ok for 1 person. I was expecting a team with the size of my house. there were some things that were missed because of time I believe she was there 7hs not 7.5. she arrived at 11am

Hey Tia came in and did an excellent job, she exceeded what I expected with all the things I requested specifically in the kitchen and pantry areas. Master Bedroom... emaculant! I mean the remaking of my bed and the top cover looking like she pressed it. Absolutely a great job.

Tipped cash. Travis put me right at ease, which is saying a LOT for me. He ingratiated himself to my dog faster than anyone I've seen, even helped me get out the door for work in time. I thought I might feel weird leaving him alone for his first time, but I felt perfectly safe and confident with him letting himself out with my hidden spare key.

it was good but the master shower still had some spots that had mold, and the ledge wasn’t cleaned in the shower and the metal lining parts on the inside were also not fully wiped.
