The clean was awesome but I would like a little heads up about my pets accident. She closed my cats litter box door and my cat exploded all over the bed and the curtains and wall and it was dry so it was sitting there for about an hour or two. So next time just give me a heads up.

If you need somebody to come through and really get your house right, utilze Jalena. She don’t just clean she takes pride in her work, like she’s taking care of her own home. Respectful, on time, and she don’t miss a spot. I trust her in my space, and that says a lot. Support a sister who's doing real work and doing it well.

She arrived on time with supplies and was done in the scheduled time. Even though she did a great job I think the product she used on the cabinet wasn't the right cleaner. The cabinets still have streaks and spots.

Bryan was personable, punctual and professional. He gave with updates, asked me questions before taking a step we hadn’t discussed, and had an overall excellent bedside manner. He was also very patient with me and was not judgmental of the mess he helped me with at all.

Natalie was GREAT! Communicative, thorough, detail oriented, prepared, and gets the job done. We have 3 dogs and they get our walls so muddy. Natalie got them cleaned and our baseboards spotless. I also have two messy little kiddos. Their room needed a reset and that’s exactly what it got! Great service all around and would absolutely recommend it!

Tasha was fantastic! Very detailed and came ready to work. She even was willing to stay longer to make sure that everything I needed done was completed. She called me before my appointment to check on my needs to make sure she was prepared to complete the job. It smelled so clean when we came home and looked great.

Before she arrived to my home, she reached out to me two hours prior to verify the equipment that I had to assist her to clean my home to make sure she had all the tools before she arrived. I didn’t notice much difference in the house. One of the bedrooms was not even vacuumed or swept up/ touched or tidied. The kitchen benches were not clean and the couch still had hair on it. Bathroom, stove and guest bedroom were cleaned well.

Norma has been amazing! She has helped me not only with cleaning but some organizing too. And, yesterday she cleaned and put together a stand up mirror that I have unable to do for over a year.

Amber is great and I am having her back to fulfill my obligation to HG. This is not a good service or company to work with. For the service they charge you for they have not made my life any easier, beware!

I was cleaned my mother‘s home, my mom is disabled and unable to clean for herself so the house was quite messy. I was clean for six hours. The place looks great and my mom loved her, my mom doesn’t like a lot of people.

Crystal was very friendly and did a great job overall. I’m giving 4 stars because I had specifically asked her to hand wash the dishes, but they were only placed in the dishwasher and left there dirty.

I’ve had several cleaners through Homeaglow and Karina cleaned the best. She’s very polite and works hard. She throughly cleaned the shower, which has been an issue with the other cleaners. Our dog liked her too! She doesn’t speak English well but the phone translating there were no communication issues. I highly recommend karina.

Wow! Spectacular!! I'm not sure how Kelsie cleaned so well in such a short length of time. Kelsie didn't leave one area untouched.
