Bryan was personable, punctual and professional. He gave with updates, asked me questions before taking a step we hadn’t discussed, and had an overall excellent bedside manner. He was also very patient with me and was not judgmental of the mess he helped me with at all.

Lilibe is lovely, hardworking, and trustworthy. Challenging since she doesn’t speak English but she’s very sweet and Google translate helps! Definitely recommend her for Spanish speakers but I recommend Lilibe for everyone. She is a good person and she did a great job cleaning.

Eric is extremely punctual, meticulous, diligent, and kind. He puts in his best effort to clean as much as possible within the given time. He handles household items with great care and consideration. This has been the best service I have received so far.

I didn’t notice much difference in the house. One of the bedrooms was not even vacuumed or swept up/ touched or tidied. The kitchen benches were not clean and the couch still had hair on it. Bathroom, stove and guest bedroom were cleaned well.

She was ok. Didn't do all floors. Only did partial of asked. Bit what she did was good for time allotted.

Amber is great and I am having her back to fulfill my obligation to HG. This is not a good service or company to work with. For the service they charge you for they have not made my life any easier, beware!

I’ve had several cleaners through Homeaglow and Karina cleaned the best. She’s very polite and works hard. She throughly cleaned the shower, which has been an issue with the other cleaners. Our dog liked her too! She doesn’t speak English well but the phone translating there were no communication issues. I highly recommend karina.

The house smells clean and bleach was used but the floors weren’t as shiny as could be and not all surfaces were wiped down. Also, she was late by an hour and a half. Time management is important.
