A word I reserve as the best of the best is outstanding, Natalia was outstanding ! She was professional, fast, thorough, listened, was extremely polite and very nice. Whatever home a glow pays here, they should double it !

Dairy helped me to clean up before a relative gets home from the hospital and she did an amazing job and I’m glad she answered the call I will definitely be requesting her for the next cleaning!

Osiris is a hard worker , but the house is big and she was delayed due to traffic. I feel she could have done better on surface cleaning on the bar counter and the upstairs showers. I also think she left at least 30 minutes before her 6 hour appointment. Since this is our first time, next time might be better.

Mandy did a wonderful job. She completed every task I asked of her in under the 6 hours. Very professional, neat and thorough. I definitely will request her for future bookings.

My first cleaning appointment was acceptable, however an irreplaceable item was broken (sea urchin lamp from Norway). While I understand accidents happen and Irsa was apologetic, this was very unfortunate since it is a unique piece that cannot be fixed or replaced.

Levania’s cleaning is always the best! I love how the house smells afterwards and her attention to details like the microwave splatters.

Brittney did an excellent job cleaning my home. I showed her around the house and explained my main concerns outside of the order notes and everything was completed. She was very sweet with my kids and very professional, even stated a little later to do a couple extra small tasks she noticed on her way out! Definitely recommend and have requested again!

Lynnella set the bar high! Did a much needed deep clean in good time without needing direction. She was so personable my husband said she felt like family lol.

She was fast and I would have loved to see all that she could have done but the situation was unfortunate. I think Homeaglow needs to do a better job at vetting their contractors. Cleaning is a great way to make income but the job needs to be done with attention to detail and care. I don’t think I’ll continue to use Homeaglow.
