My cabinets didn’t look like they where completed, some blinds where not completed and I don’t think she mopped my kitchen or cleaned the downstairs bathroom. the things she did complete where cleaned well. She also left without me knowing she had completed the work.

He was scheduled for 12:30 but we have him on camera arriving at 1:05 He was very nice but extremely slow. He broke a potted plant. He also sent a text asking that I pay him directly for what he says was an extra hour and include a tip, never having mentioned this extra hour prior to leaving.

Despite asking for English speaking cleaning maid/s, designated mail did not speak English hence, it was extremely difficult to explain the cleaning sequence or needs.
