He was scheduled for 12:30 but we have him on camera arriving at 1:05 He was very nice but extremely slow. He broke a potted plant. He also sent a text asking that I pay him directly for what he says was an extra hour and include a tip, never having mentioned this extra hour prior to leaving.

Tanijah was punctual, and did a pretty good job. i'm giving four stars, because, it was the First time to clean my house and it wasn't a 5. The time allotted was cut short, so I think if those 20 minutes would've been spent on the master bathroom, it could've been a really great experience.

Despite asking for English speaking cleaning maid/s, designated mail did not speak English hence, it was extremely difficult to explain the cleaning sequence or needs.
