Jim was great however this was my final cleaning appointment with Homeaglow. I will not be scheduling any future appointments. I noticed that I had to select one of the next options in order to finish this review.

Everything was great. Crystal did a great job. smelled great. my only issue was the later time. I didn't factor the time when Crystal requested a later time that it would keep my husband outside to give her space and it was a little hot. And he had to eat lunch late.

Talisha was very kind and cleaned very well. She did miss all bathroom mirrors, kitchen counters and stove had crumbs still. It just a few minor things overall great job!

Elizabeth was great! she got some tough grime off the floors and made my oven top look brand new. she was communicative and on time. overall very good at her job and a kind person.

Jessica did such a wonderful job! My apartment was sparkling when I came home. She also did some fun origami type folding with my towels which were such a lovely touch. She has a great eye for organization and detail.

Yohana did such a a neat, great job cleaning the house. she was very attentive to details, the bathrooms were sooooo clean and she added some nice touches with the way she organized towels etc. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

Jose was so nice! He did a great job cleaning the house and our oven especially. Wish he would have vacuumed the rugs and the dishwasher handle was broken off after the clean so hoping we can get that fixed but overall a great experience!

Andrea did a good job. I noticed the owner's bathroom sinks and counters were not cleaned. Everything else was done correctly and I appreciated she emptied the trash. Unfortunately she didn't dial English and we were communicating on our phones. I don't think she understood my instructions on my appointment request.

You left the trash outside of the apartment, by the door, and I had to take the trash to the trashbin. Next time, use the grocery cart that I have to haul all of the trashbags to the trashbin.

The only downside I had was the strong smell of bleach, now the only reason it was a small issue is because I have small kids but other than that ,Ms. Darhonda did an amazing job .
