As punctual, quiet, and efficient as ever. Plus, she brought some kind of cleaner to get up a dried scum off of the back room floor. I got her a box cutter to scrap it up with and let her keep it, in case she needed it in the future.

We were rushed that day but the next day we discovered trash under the beds and the shower had not been rinsed out properly. That has not happened before. I am sure had I not rushed her everything would have been done properly.
