Tanijah was punctual, and did a pretty good job. i'm giving four stars, because, it was the First time to clean my house and it wasn't a 5. The time allotted was cut short, so I think if those 20 minutes would've been spent on the master bathroom, it could've been a really great experience.

Awesome. in and out in 2 hours and worked around me working, which i appreciated. she cleaned and dusted swept and mopped. even washed and put away my lunch containers without me asking. same for my vase

Carolyn was super nice & very willing to do whatever I asked but missed elements I think should be part of cleaning - not only when asked i.e cleaning objects on the counters and dressers (vases, trays, statues, lamps, etc) not just the surfaces. I would use her again but want to give someone else a try first; to see how they do before determining a “regular” cleaner for my home.

Cleaning done nicely for Bathrooms, Toilets, floors (carpet & wooden) Better cleaning required on Cabinets (still look yellowish), and, Mirrors and Windows (stains continued...) Despite asking for English speaking cleaning maid/s, designated mail did not speak English hence, it was extremely difficult to explain the cleaning sequence or needs.

She was early and recognized that l had no communication phone nor Internet service available but showed anyway. Which was wonderful since l am recovering from a major fall.

Tipped cash. Travis put me right at ease, which is saying a LOT for me. He ingratiated himself to my dog faster than anyone I've seen, even helped me get out the door for work in time. it was good but the master shower still had some spots that had mold, and the ledge wasn’t cleaned in the shower and the metal lining parts on the inside were also not fully wiped.
