She was very thorough in cleaning the bathroom on second floor. On the shower on first floor, she did an excellent job on the tub but left out some parts of the walls. I am still very satisfied. She is easy to work with.

Not speaking English what’s the problem! The fact that she refused to make the bed was also a problem it shows in your commercials, and y’all stated that they would make the beds. She stayed on her phone a lot. But the house was cleaned. The bathrooms were spotless. The rest of the house was done very well.

The cleaning was okay, it just wasn’t as clean to my liking. I’ve cleaned my house on multiple occasions and it has been cleaner. They only stayed for 2 hours instead of 4 because quote on quote it was 2 of them. If you have a small home or apartment their cleaning might be too your liking.

My first cleaning appointment was acceptable, however an irreplaceable item was broken (sea urchin lamp from Norway). While I understand accidents happen and Irsa was apologetic, this was very unfortunate since it is a unique piece that cannot be fixed or replaced.
