Not speaking English what’s the problem! The fact that she refused to make the bed was also a problem it shows in your commercials, and y’all stated that they would make the beds. She stayed on her phone a lot. But the house was cleaned. The bathrooms were spotless. The rest of the house was done very well.

Everything was cleaned very well and she was courteous and easy to communicate with about arrival time. Would highly recommend!

She’s a fantastic cleaner leaving no item untouched! There was a spot on the floor near the dog crate that I’ve been trying to get up for weeks. I didn’t mention it because it seem pretty tough. On arrival were told not included in basic cleaning however I added the hour for the service. I don’t need 4 hours of basic cleaning. No complaints just learning the system. My home was nice and clean.

The cleaning was okay, it just wasn’t as clean to my liking. I’ve cleaned my house on multiple occasions and it has been cleaner. They only stayed for 2 hours instead of 4 because quote on quote it was 2 of them. If you have a small home or apartment their cleaning might be too your liking.

she was a great worker she wasn't supposed to come by herself she was really tired the company had me thinking it was 2 cleaners coming she had to take breaks because the company didn't not send 2 people for a 2 people job I caried the trash bags and trash to the dumpsters
