I gave 4 stars because I was in a bind for a move out clean and my scheduled cleaner canceled same day. I was not impressed with the service and felt it could have been much more thorough given an empty house. I also don't know why she used my cleaning stuff. Typically they have their own. I am glad she did her best but would not choose her again.

Overall we liked her attitude, quality of work. She did arrive late but we understand that things happen. Most cleaners keep their phones with them and are busy taking calls / distracted but Carine left her phone on a desk right at the entrance before she started the job. AWESOME! Tanya spent time on items that really needed it, like dusty fan/hood and ceiling fans. She worked on details that I don't have time to do. I was pleased. I gave her a tip allready My only problem is that she used the vacuum cleaner on a wet floor and I will have to take it apart to clean it.

the two ladies who came did clean ok. but when Maria and her associate came to inspect they found many uncleand spots and they themselves cleaned it. after that it was acceptable. the cleaning ladies must be further trained. if the two ladies who came first are assigned each time with out further training I will be reluctant to call them back.

she super sweet and came on short notice, however missed a few things during the clean. the entire half bath downstairs wasn’t touched and the master bath sink, counters, shower and bath tub were still dirty. could have just been a timing issue but I would’ve preferred to be aware of it. still did a great job on everything else.
