This was my first time and I was very pleased with the service Delrene provided. She arrived on time., completed all projects and a little more for the time allotted. I will be asking for her again.

she came on time came in with a positive attitude. She cleaned very well. I will highly recommend her. I will give her five stars. 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Melinda did a good basic cleaning and dusted my baseboards. The vacuum she used did not do a good job on the carpets and the bathroom mirrors were a bit streaky.

only thing she didn’t have what she needed to clean and left 3 hours early but what was done was good 👍🏾 👍🏾

I do not know a date for my April appointment. I might be having surgery on the 14th of April. Can I let you know on the15th of April?

This is my first time hiring a cleaning service. Corey was on time and ready to go. I have a dog who sheds A LOT and just went through a depressive episode so my apartment was in a dire state. Corey was able to clean my kitchen, living room, bathroom, oven and fridge all within 4.5 hours!!! I even got money back for the 1/2 hour. He rocks, would recommend.

Courtney did amazing, he’s an excellent communicator, thorough cleaner, fast and efficient! I would highly recommend him!

ten out of ten would recommend!! Lalela made my kids rooms look like they were hotel bedrooms blankets tucked perfectly. She did not leave any surfaces untouched. Was more than happy to have her service what a blessing. looking forward to her next visit. she was efficient as well as meticulous. which with someone who has a lot of kids truly means somthing.

Excellent cleaning job! The house looked and smelled clean! Daeja was pleasant and very understanding of our situation. We especially liked her personal touches ( stuffed animals on bed) . We would recommend Daeja!

LaTrina did a ok job. she wasn't detailed enough for me. she didn't move things to get in corners when sweeping and moping.

Was late started at 11:30 for start then I charged me 30 min because she didn’t finish a 6hr job that she was late too.

Pretty sure you have not cleaned my house 11 times. I have had more no shows than cleaners. Can’t wait for my contract to be up. I would never recommend this company. Charlene however was a great cleaner

This was my 1st appointment with Gina. I was immediately comfortable with her. Gina is excellent at what she does. I would prefer to have Gina for all of my appointments.

I will only ever book with Chrisma, she is through and tries to be as flexible as possible to our schedule.

The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

Very personable, but a little unorganized. She may have been distracted or anxious when leaving and couldnt find her phone. She went back into my house,and picked up a phone and got into her car and immediately drove away. I was going to rate her but could not find my phone. I had had the phone in my hand at 3:00 to check my messages. She left at 4:00 .

Mei did great! I have two little kids and two dogs, one of which is a 50lb 5 month puppy and am always running. I love knowing Mei will come in even if I don't get a chance to clean before the clean and it still looks great when I get home and the little things she needs to put away or to the side are always easy to find!
