If you love your house to smell clean then Victoria is the cleaner you should have clean your house I have had many different cleaners and she is the best out of all the cleaners I have had.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

Mei did great! I have two little kids and two dogs, one of which is a 50lb 5 month puppy and am always running. I love knowing Mei will come in even if I don't get a chance to clean before the clean and it still looks great when I get home and the little things she needs to put away or to the side are always easy to find! My initial appointment was canceled literally 15mns before she was to arrive & I had a 5hr slot. I requested another cleaner & by the grace of GOD got Frank. Awesome guy & cleaner..he got a lot done from 11 to 3 & was very polite & courteous. My cleaner from now on.

My house doesn’t require much, there was no bleach or real products used so theres was no clean smell that came behind my cleaning. No mop bucket , no deep clean besides my patio doors. She was extremely nice and if you give her direction And the right products I’m sure she will be great.

He was a lot more detailed than other services I have had in the past, moving furniture to clean and such. There was some miscommunication about the food on the counter--loaf of bread, bag of potatoes, and onions that apparently got thrown away.
