She was on time, very pleasant, worked steady but not rushed. Did what was asked of her. I offered for her to take a break, but she declined. this young lady needs more training. A basic cleaning! mediocre. upstairs bathroom faucets were not clean. bathtubs were not cleaned properly, floor was not swept or mopped. very disappointed. hate to give this review

Overall good experience and great service! This was my first time so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I wish I had been guided to book a longer session but Corey took great care with the rooms he was able to get to in the allotted time.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

Tromika was amazing! My house has never looked better! She was so kind and efficient and she will from now on be my cleaner when I need it! Absolutely fabulous!

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

I love knowing Mei will come in even if I don't get a chance to clean before the clean and it still looks great when I get home and the little things she needs to put away or to the side are always easy to find!
