I had a really good time with Karla. she listened to my instructions. she also gave great advice and we work together on the project and I like the collaborativeness. we were able to get things taken care of and I was able to move to the next step. hopefully she has some time available this week. cuz I would like to meet with her again.

For her first visit with me she, she was very professional and thorough. I only wanted my bathrooms and kitchen deep ckeaned and she did just that. She came prepared and asked questions. As with any new relationship we have to get to know each other and communication is key. I definitely want her to continue as my primary professional cleaner. My home is sparkling.

she is very efficient, finishing work early. A mirror was missed maybe because moving quickly. I feel her vacuum is ineffective. while it allows her to move through the work quickly if doesn’t clean effectively.

She made me feel very comfortable as I have never had someone clean my home before. She organized our things super cute and tidy. There were a few surfaces missed for dusting but it was the first time in our home. I would have her back to clean again!

Latoyia was amazing! She did such a great job with our apartment that it genuinely felt brand new when she was done. She paid attention to everything, was incredibly thorough, and you can tell she really cares about the work she does. On top of that, she was just a genuinely kind and caring person.
