This was my 1st appointment with Gina. I was immediately comfortable with her. Gina is excellent at what she does. I would prefer to have Gina for all of my appointments.

I will only ever book with Chrisma, she is through and tries to be as flexible as possible to our schedule.

The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.
