She is very thorough. If you are looking for a quick in and out clean she may not be a good fit but if you want a deep thorough clean where every nook and crannie is tended to then she is your gal!

Normely is fantastic! Goes above and beyond and really just gives an over all great cleaning service. She saw I had a new rug (still rolled up) and went ahead and removed the heavy furniture off the old rug, vacuumed under the couch and put the new rug down amongst other feats of un-required parts of the cleaning. She really sets the industry standard. 10/10 would recommend.

Barbara was punctual and attentive to detail. She really listened to what I asked her to focus on and asked questions about how I like things done.
