Aidelys did a great job and was a quick learner. I didn't need to repeat instructions and you can tell she's been cleaning for a while. We ran out of time and she had to go to another cleaning so next time, I'll book her for longer. She was very nice and easy to work with.

she did a great job Cleaning. It was very friendly. We have a lot of people in the house and two of us are currently disabled so she had her job cut out for her and she did fantastic work.

it was mostly fine. I was working from home and she unplugged the WiFi which set me back about a half hour. she was also only here for 2.5 hours and I paid for 3. the kitchen sink was still dirty.

Claudia was friendly, fast, went above and beyond in every way!! we were thrilled with the detail. she worked hard until the very end and did more than we expected. she even redid an area she had already cleaned when my kids came in the house and brought in some dirt on their shoes. Initially, the house looked PERFECT! However, I did request that all baseboards be cleaned and I saw some that weren’t cleaned. Also, the hood above the stovetop was not cleaned. Otherwise I am very happy, both Tallan and Chasity were very kind and polite. I would ask them again!

She knew what to do, where to do, with what to do.... We need her again on 2 weeks for 2 hours...any day, any time... We are retired and will wait for her extraordinary service!!!!

She forgot to go in and clean my toilet area inside my master bathroom. Floor was still dirty. Did not dust my desk off. Did not move a chair or couch to clean under. Couch and chair are light and in the middle of the room. other wise she worked hard fir 6 hours,not the 6.5 I was promised.

She always comes on time and is very professional and respectful. The house shines after she comes and cleans it.

Good cleaning but showing up late takes away from the joy of it. Or always just communicate that u will be late or if ur not coming, its a good courtesy to let someone know this.

My house was super clean! Furniture was vacuumed behind and some things that have been getting missed by other cleaners were taken care of. The only thing that would have made it better were if my clothes were folded and hung, but this was her first time cleaning my place so she may have run out of time. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would give them to Tonya. My house has truly never felt cleaner. Most folks clean around stuff, but she moves it and cleans under everything. My cabinets were wiped down and oiled. She even gave me some tips on how to take care of my drains. Love, love, love the way my home looks and feels.
