Maurice was easy to work with, confirming the appointment ahead of time and the day of. He is very friendly and kind and got along well with my cats. He did a great job cleaning, although it did take him longer than prior cleaners. Also, he did miss some things (asked him to clean the kitchen and he did a great job with the counters and dishes but left the stove & sink dirty).

Outstanding! Never had a cleaning person because the old saying. I can do it myself. Well that really never happened. I’m somewhat disabled and my husband was doing the bulk. I really needed a deep cleaning. Abigail did not disappoint. She’s easy to talk to and she’s a gem!

Crystal was friendly and diligent. She paid attention to the details. The only issue was that she wasn’t able to vacuum all the floors or mop because she didn’t have one with her. But overall, she did a great job throughout the house!

She worked very quickly and efficiently unfortunately the amount of work that I gave her required more than three minutes so she was not able to complete everything but during the time she was here, she worked constantly. Merly was very polite, flexible, and punctual. The house was clean, however I added an extra hour for her to clean the oven and she did not. She finished early and still charged me for the three hours. I was not home, but I'm guessing she did not completely read the requests in the app.

Nidia (and her assistant) arrived on time and were able to work through the kitchen, both bathrooms, all floors, and major furniture within the 3 hour window. She was able to get to some dusting at the end.

Very helpful with my cleaning up on Saturday and also cleaned the refrigerator for me without complaining about it.

She did a fine job. But I scheduled for 10 am - which I confirmed - after which she told me she'd arrive between 1:30 and 2pm. Then she showed up at a few minutes to 3. If my roommate wasn't recovering at home, I'd have been charged for my appointment sliding back by 5 hours.
