Danielle was friendly, polite, on time and ready to start working when she arrived. She also communicated with me when she would arrive.. We have a big energetic puppy and I wanted to be sure she was ok with him and he with her. They were both great. I provided supplies but I preferred it that way. She was conscientious and detailed.S organized my counters and decor in a pleasing manner.

She was nice to call and let me know she would arrive half hour late and did ok job on cleaning stove and kitchen floor for 2.5 hours but I would like to try something new faster and with organizational skills next time.

Homeglow should tell you when cleaners don’t speak English. I was at work and he and his wife came to clean. They did a good job, but They left dishes in the sink and shoes by the front closet. They should know to clean those dishes and put the shoes away. The language was the issue..

David is a thorough detailed cleaner. He always does an excellent job. I have had a few cleaners now and he is by far my favorite.

Jessica was thoughtful in her initial questions and able to transition tasks well if requested. It is possible to spend an entire day just on the kitchen, which she clearly understands: Jessica definitely maximized her time with us in focusing on the main items we mentioned and getting as much else as she could.

We liked Kayla, she did good work a our house, she did hav a longer trip to get to us, we tipped her directly.

Mae did a great job. Tackled everything I asked, but just didn’t have enough time to finish. I will be asking her back as soon as possible to finish the initial deep cleaning and then for maintenance going forward.

Katherine is just the person I was looking for when it comes to my house cleaning. She is prompt, on point, quick, and such a friendly individual. I loved having Katherine over and would definitely hire her again!

Mae did all that she could with the time allotted. It was not perfect, HOWEVER she did tackle what she could for this family of 5 in 4-hours. I see it as a fresh start so it’s easier to maintain. Oven top, microwave, 2 bathrooms in need of lots of love and floors. Thank you for the help!
