As always, Kerly did an excellent job at cleaning my apartment. I'm always very happy with her work and appreciate the extra effort she puts in to make things welcoming and hotel-like (e.g., folding towels, folding blankets on bed to look like a bow, etc.)

Nickita was very prompt and professional! she came in and got right to business. she was wonderful with with my cat. cleaning was great just missed some corners in the areas that I specifically asked her to clean in my pet area. she left after only 3 hours and ran out the door before we could see if the job was satisfactory.

By far, the best cleaning I have received by a cleaner on homeaglow. They were on time, even were prepared with their own cleaning supplies, but I offered they could use mine. They went above and beyond, and I am so happy with the cleaning. I will be requesting them again for my next cleaning.

They did a great job cleaning what they cleaned and they did it pretty fast which also made me very happy but the only thing I did NOT like is that they were talking on their cell phone while working and they should NEVER be on their phones during the 3 hours they are working. But I still would like them to clean my house again.

The best thing about Naideleth is her pleasant energy! She was very thorough with the things she did. She had a big job - 7 hours for our house, including the stove and refrigerator. There were a few missed items but it's hard to communicate through an app. I would definitely work with her again. But next time I will figure out how to communicate better up front.

So unbelievably helpful! I had planned on cleaning my apartment for a move out myself but moving did not go smoothly and Jheinsmar confirmed our cleaning almost immediately. I scheduled it late Friday afternoon and she arrived Saturday at 6:30am to ensure it could be done before the next renters moved in and she did a great job!

She was very kind and did a good job. There are areas for improvement, but overall I was very pleased with her work. Maybe I am being a little OCD, but when vacuuming, some of the kids toys weren't moved, just vacuumed around. The Ottoman wasn't moved either. My main priority was dusting the main floor and although it was dusted lightly, there was still some remnants left throughout the house.

Idannys did a great job cleaning our place! Everything we wanted cleaned was completed, and the apartment smelled fresh and clean afterward. She did leave about 15 minutes before the scheduled end time, but since all of the requested tasks were finished, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, I’m happy with her work and would book her again.
