Marivel did an excellent job cleaning and the house smells great! She touched every spot she needed to touch and then some. It was also the quickest amount of time anyones done yet. 

I love having Raquel at my place! she is timely, SO sweet and asks you if there are specific areas that you’d like for her to work on. Really happy with her level of service.

As always, Kerly did an excellent job at cleaning my apartment. I'm always very happy with her work and appreciate the extra effort she puts in to make things welcoming and hotel-like (e.g., folding towels, folding blankets on bed to look like a bow, etc.)

Nickita was very prompt and professional! she came in and got right to business. she was wonderful with with my cat. cleaning was great just missed some corners in the areas that I specifically asked her to clean in my pet area. she left after only 3 hours and ran out the door before we could see if the job was satisfactory.

By far, the best cleaning I have received by a cleaner on homeaglow. They were on time, even were prepared with their own cleaning supplies, but I offered they could use mine. They went above and beyond, and I am so happy with the cleaning. I will be requesting them again for my next cleaning.

she cleaned great and thorough. She helped me with organizing my bedroom and had great suggestions if it wasn’t for her I would not have gotten rid of a lot of boxed items.

she did a fantastic job with the main floor, even cleaned my windows. she however forgot to vacuum the basement stairs and the first floor landing. I don't really mind because it was a lot of work for the time booked, but I really fabulous job.

They did a great job cleaning what they cleaned and they did it pretty fast which also made me very happy but the only thing I did NOT like is that they were talking on their cell phone while working and they should NEVER be on their phones during the 3 hours they are working. But I still would like them to clean my house again.

The best thing about Naideleth is her pleasant energy! She was very thorough with the things she did. She had a big job - 7 hours for our house, including the stove and refrigerator. There were a few missed items but it's hard to communicate through an app. I would definitely work with her again. But next time I will figure out how to communicate better up front.

She was also very adjusting in between the cleaning process and took care of any additional adjustments required.

My room was very messy as I’ve just moved in and I’m very busy so things were scattered that I didn’t think she would finish tidying everything in just a few hours, but she even made by bed looks cute!

She was very kind and did a good job. There are areas for improvement, but overall I was very pleased with her work. Maybe I am being a little OCD, but when vacuuming, some of the kids toys weren't moved, just vacuumed around. The Ottoman wasn't moved either. My main priority was dusting the main floor and although it was dusted lightly, there was still some remnants left throughout the house.

Idannys did a great job cleaning our place! Everything we wanted cleaned was completed, and the apartment smelled fresh and clean afterward. She did leave about 15 minutes before the scheduled end time, but since all of the requested tasks were finished, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, I’m happy with her work and would book her again.

mirror behind the hutch on floor was not dusted, nor was the vanity make up area in my bedroom washed down. she was over hour late, living room bookshelves were not dusted properly... dust on books still. rest of house kooks and smells great. oddly, she did not make my bed either. I left her a tip on counter.
