Crystal was friendly and diligent. She paid attention to the details. The only issue was that she wasn’t able to vacuum all the floors or mop because she didn’t have one with her. But overall, she did a great job throughout the house!

Tracy arrived on time and promptly got to work. She was very focused on doing a complete and thorough job. She worked very quickly and efficiently unfortunately the amount of work that I gave her required more than three minutes so she was not able to complete everything but during the time she was here, she worked constantly. Merly was very polite, flexible, and punctual. The house was clean, however I added an extra hour for her to clean the oven and she did not. She finished early and still charged me for the three hours. I was not home, but I'm guessing she did not completely read the requests in the app.
